FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
$6,000 per year
First twenty members only. Next cohort: $10,000.
The founding rate reflects a genuine exchange: you pay less because you're co-developing the AI tool and shaping the product during its first year. Your experience determines what the Briefing becomes.
HOW TO APPLY
This is a mutual selection process. You are choosing to apply. I am choosing who to accept. Both decisions matter.
Step 1 — Application Deposit: $500
Your deposit is applied to the $6,000 annual membership if you're accepted. If you're not, it's returned in full. This step confirms your seriousness and gives you access to the assessment.
Step 2 — Structural Intelligence Assessment (15 minutes)
Eight scenario-based questions drawn from current events, plus two short written responses. This is not a knowledge test. There are no right answers. It surfaces your interpretive defaults — where you naturally stand when making sense of complex events. You receive your results immediately.
Step 3 — Personal Review
I review every assessment personally. I'm looking for three things: the capacity to hold structural analysis without collapsing into either denial or conspiracy, willingness to engage in peer mentoring with genuine openness, and the orientation to contribute to the group, rather than only consume from it. You'll hear from me within 72 hours, regardless of the outcome.
Step 4 — Commitment — 48-hour window
Accepted members pay the remaining $5,500 within 48 hours. If the window closes without payment, the place is forfeited, your deposit is refunded, and the application cannot be renewed for 12 months. This is a structural integrity measure. The Briefing develops the capacity to make consequential decisions under uncertainty. The process reflects that.
WHO IS BEHIND THIS
Michael Haupt spent twenty years in global communications infrastructure — Telefónica, Vodafone, Iridium, Barclays, HSBC, Bank of America, and others — building systems across multiple continents.
He then spent twenty years constructing an interpretive framework that connects civilizational pattern research, monetary architecture, evolutionary biology, and primary legal documentation into a coherent way of reading structural change. The framework draws on ninety-three peer-reviewed papers across eleven claim areas.
He is the author of By Design, the structural analysis newsletter on LinkedIn, and the lead in a bioregional regeneration project involving 25,000 people in the Western Cape of South Africa.
